4. Goods

Physical products such as books, workbooks, and branded merchandise sold through our online store.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel your mentoring program request at least 7 days before the first scheduled session, you are eligible for a refund of the program fees. To cancel, contact us via the contact form. After the first session begins, refunds are not available; however, you may reschedule sessions at no extra cost to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Info Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the digital materials have not been downloaded or accessed. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form. Once the materials are accessed, the purchase is final due to the nature of digital delivery.

5.3 Goods

You may send back items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The sender is responsible for any shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the sent items.
